It is a mixture of anti-foam and anti-stick that has been used to smooth the cheese’s surface and allows the cheese to slip from the cup, and it is produced by the Danish Primodan Company.
Parchment paper
This paper is produced by Danapak Flexible company the features include high quality and 100% herbal.
Milk Protein Concentrate
MPC 70% is produced by Westland company in New Zealand, which aims to improve the full texture and nutritional value of dairy products, which is a uniform and burnt-free powder. It is also used in meat products to increase protein content.
